-DIRECTORES. Los únicos realizadores con tres películas en el Top 100 son Wes Anderson, Apichatpong Weerasethakul, Christopher Nolan, los hermanos Coen, Michael Haneke y Paul Thomas Anderson. Entre las ausencias más llamativas, Clint Eastwood, Tim Burton, Marco Bellocchio, los hermanos Dardenne, Aki Kaurismák, Nanni Morettii y un favorito de la crítica en los últimos años como Alejandro González Iñárritu.
